She gets hitched!

One of my closest girl pals recently got married and i was part of her bridal shower/proposal night/solemnisation ceremony. All these events happened within the same week because the solemnisation ceremony was all planned out months ago so the proposal was really more of a formality and the groom cannot be more confident his bride will say yes. haha.

Bridal Shower-turned-Proposal Night

We were engaged by the groom to be part of his proposal so we came up with this idea to trick her into believing we are going to have a simple manicure party at a friend's shop of mine followed by drinks (we are such boring people. hahaha). Yes, the manicure party did happen, but it was followed by a proposal at TCC Boat Quay in front of some of her other girlfriends and Mom =)

The very enthusiastic couple went around the restaurant giving away balloons to other patrons. LOL.

Solemnisation Ceremony

The whole solemnization process only takes 10 minutes but that day, it took 30 minutes thanks to the J.P who cannot stop yakking -___-" 

Twin picked Peach Garden at OCBC Centre for her ceremony-cum-lunch and i was really impressed with the quality of their food! Just as good as their dimsum which i have tried at their Upper Thomson branch *thumbs up*

And there goes my eventful week last week ;) Hope you are entertained by the proposal pics because i know my whatsapp kept ringing non-stop after i posted them on my personal FB and friends from everywhere kept bugging me for details and for some reason, they also started imagining their bf proposing in all sorts of mascot costumes. LOL.
